About me and my practice

Are you feeling overwhelmed at the moment? Do you feel like you would like to make some changes in your life, but you feel unsure about where to begin? Maybe you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships and need to talk through what's happening? Perhaps you have you been through something traumatic and need a safe supportive space?

If youre looking for a non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to look at whats happening for you right now, or what has happened to you in the past, Im here to support you. I work with you to help you make sense of your feelings. My focus is on supporting and empowering you. I go at your pace, meeting you with warmth, kindness and understanding; supporting you to build confidence and self-esteem, and helping you to identify and meet your own needs.

Like many others, I have experienced relationship diculties, bereavement, trauma and health issues. I have felt low, anxious, insecure, stuck and lonely. I have had therapy myself, and so I know how it feels to be vulnerable; sharing dicult thoughts and feelings with someone I don't know. My training has provided me with the skills and knowledge to work with you and help you to process dicult thoughts and feelings.

You have a choice of where we work together:

Face-to-face at the Wetmore Clinic near Ludlow, Shropshire
Outdoor therapy (walk and talk) near Ludlow, Shropshire
Online - anywhere in the UK.

So you can take your pick and choose an environment that works best for you.

Experience

£30-50 per session / concessionary rate for low income/key workers/students etc
